Christmas came early, 7th Hardman, baby Georgia's impact on the Hardman Family, Blessings from Georgia.
When Michelle and Will Hardman found out they were pregnant with their oldest child, they were torn between two names: Haley and Georgia. The decision almost came down to a coin toss, but the couple decided to name her Haley. Fast forward 23 years (and after sticking to all "H" names for four of their children) DHR, the foster care system, called and told them they had a baby who needed a home; her name was Georgia. Little did the Hardmans know, they would finally be getting their baby Georgia. Will happens to be a HUGE Georgia Bulldogs fan. You should see his basement. This just shows that God is in the little details and orchestrates everything.
Georgia Ann Hope Hardman
The Hardman's joyfully announce the adoption of their daughter! She was born on October 20, 2016, and came into their home, through foster care, on October 29th, 2016. She officially became a "Hardman" on November 9, 2017. Georgia is indeed a gift from the Lord!

The images from this mother/daughter session were able to be used for many different reasons. Laura used her images to update her corporate headshot. Madison is using her images for submission for college Rush and Abigail is using her images to build her modeling portfolio.
Can’t think of anything to get your mom for Mother’s Day? Contact us now to discuss surprising her with her own mother/daughter (or son) session.
Many times we are approached by parents or clients who literally have no professional photos of their children together since they were really young. Don’t wait to schedule a sibling session! The images will be a timeless keepsake you cherish forever and an experience they will remember and talk about for years to come.
"Because I have a sister, I will always have a friend."
Sister- A person who’s been where you’ve been; someone you can call when things aren’t right; is more than just family, a sister is a forever friend.
Kanden reached out to us to set up a mother/daughter session to surprise her mom with on Christmas. Both Kanden and her younger sister, Rylee were able to experience a senior session with us; but this time, they wanted to give that experience back to their mom. All three ladies arrived in the studio for make-up and hair. While there mom got all dolled up with our make-up artist, we were able to capture some great moments of Kanden and Rylee together. Once mom was ready, we were able to get them all together and the images of all three Dawkins women turned out breathtaking. Check out the images below.
If you are looking for that perfect gift to give your mom on any special occasion, contact us to set up a session to make everlasting memories!

Please contact us if you are interested in a mother/daughter (or son), family, or engagement session! If you have any other ideas for a unique session, please contact us, we would love to hear your ideas!!
One, the client states they are “shopping for a photographer”. This usually means the client is looking for the best deal, the most “bang” for their buck. When a client contacts us we want it to be because they have seen our work and are confident in the type of products we produce. Shopping around means the client is basing their decision on price and quantity rather than experience, product, and quality. Their final product will reflect that decision. We don’t compete on pricing with other photography studios in the area for a reason. We want to work for a client who sees our work and knows what makes us different from the competition.
Two, the client is trying to get ideas from us on what type of custom session we can create. This is information we discuss at the consultation. Once a date is booked for a consultation and we meet with the senior, we are able to get a feel for the senior and provide ideas we have for the shoot at that time. If we just provided our ideas through email, then the client could just take our ideas with them when they find the photography studio that “fits” their budget. Through past experiences, we have learned both of these things the hard way.
They key to running a successful photography business, or any type of business for that matter, is knowing what type of clients you want to work for. We have a specific type of client we want to work for and that is the type of client who values our work, products, and time as much as we do theirs.
Class of 2014 Senior Model, Taylor Gibson, of Pinson Valley High School standing in Birmingham, AL
We are currently searching for Class of 2015 Seniors to represent Project Nine Five Photography. We are one of the few photography studios in central Alabama that specializes in custom high school senior portraits. We really don't have any competition in the custom senior portrait photography for central Alabama. Instead of calling them competition we call them "others". While we provide the highest quality in our products that we provide. We also take care of our high school senior clients starting from the beginning to the in-person consultation, the photoshoot, to the in-person ordering session where we help you choose what collections and products best suit your needs. We are a low volume photography studio. So we can spend more time on our high school senior clients. "Others" photograph everything under the sun from newborns, landscapes, engagements, weddings, events, and take your money photographing you at the same exact spot they've photographed every other senior. "Others" don't meet you prior to the photoshoot and afterwards "others" will gladly offer you a cd in hopes that you become lucky enough to print images out to professional quality products. If they were competition then they'd be providing everything we do, but they don't. We know we're not for everyone. We are designed for the clients that want the absolute best in custom senior portraits that expect the highest quality products and that's what we deliver.
Since we specialize in custom high school senior portraits we're able to offer things in our senior model program that other just can't. "Others" will offer free pictures. Sounds great, right?!?! That's what you'll receive is free pictures with zero value, zero quality, and zero WOW factor to show friends and family. I'm sure the seniors can't wait to one up their friends with their free senior portraits (insert sarcasm). Because we all know high school seniors want senior portraits that all their friends envy. We have paired up with multiple local vendors that sponsors our senior model photoshoots from clothes to designer sunglasses (Prada, Oakley, Zeal, Costa, Ray-Ban, and more). We also have multiple senior model photoshoots while our senior models represent Project Nine Five Photography aside from other incentives. We're the first senior portrait studio in Alabama to have a senior model party. Unfortunately, we can't divulge everything about what makes our senior model program so unique or next year you'll see everyone of the "Other's" posting it as their senior model program next year. ;)
If you're interested in becoming one of the select Class of 2015 seniors from your school to represent Project Nine Five Photography then apply to the link listed. https://projectninefive.wufoo.com/forms/senior-model-application/ You will be contacted if you are chosen as a senior model. After the senior has been contacted then we will want to set up an in-person consultation with the senior and parent(s) at the studio.
This is some of behind the scenes images from our class of 2014 senior models from the senior model party sporting their designer sunglasses.
This is our Class of 2014 Senior Model video. If you're chosen as our Class of 2015 Senior Model then you will be in next year's video.

Our year started off with a trip to Callaway Gardens in Georgia and it is a beautiful place. We had a blast that weekend and we also did a photography workshop while we were there. We'll be going back to Callaway Gardens in the summer time very soon!
Date night with Emily to Oceans in southside of Birmingham Alabama. I photographed these with my Canon 5d mk III.
So the day before I proposed I took Emily to get a mani/pedi and then took her shopping for her professional photoshoot. The morning of the photoshoot I had her hair & make-up professional done. We went to the studio to start the photoshoot and I had the 5d mk III set on a tripod with a remote trigger and I had my Sony RX100 camera set up filming video too. So then I walked up to her and got down on one knee and proposed all while popping off shots with the 5d mk III from the remote trigger and it was being recorded with the Sony RX100 camera. So after she said yes we had an all day phootshoot of her and us together with a total of four outfit changes. Watch the video below this collage and you'll actually see me proposing. I'm a lucky man!
The video is of when we met and pictures leading up to when I proposed to Emily at the studio and the actual proposal. I made this video and surprised Emily with this video at our wedding reception.
Cellphone picture of us in the studio during a photoshoot and wearing our P95 fitted t-shirts.
Our wedding portraits from 05/24/2013. It was a beautiful day at The Willows located in Cleveland, Alabama. We were blessed with a beautiful day and close family present for our wedding. It was an unforgettable day.
We were blessed with our baby boy Alexander "Lex" Reed Lisle born on 11/27/2013.
You can't really tell from the portraits but he has red hair just like his daddy. These were taken at the house just goofing off with the Canon 5d mk III and a strobe.
This is Lex's Superman cape and outfit. We're not big on trendy newborn portraits with goofy looking taboggans, but we decorated his room with all superhero paraphernalia. So we thought this little outfit seemed fitting.
